This collaborative approach exemplifies the company's commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, appreciation and respect for all employees, including those who belong to the LGBTQIA+ community. With dialogue formats, online training and the open invitation to all employees to participate and learn in year-round Pride activities, we raise awareness of each other and create greater belonging. This also supports a working environment where the uniqueness of each team member is valued and everyone is treated fairly.
