Mercedes-Benz Pride Star.

We celebrate every road you take

Mercedes-Benz PRIDE.

Mercedes-Benz stands for openness, trust and fairness. With us, it doesn't matter where you come from, who you love or which gender you identify with. With Mercedes-Benz PRIDE, we proudly stand for these values.

We value individuality and we are enriched by our sense of diversity. This means that all of our employees should feel comfortable embracing who they are and expressing their sexual orientation and gender identity.

In close collaboration between company management, social partners and our queer employee networks – such as UNITY, Spectrum and Queers & Friends – we have been advocating for the LGBTIQ+ community from both within and outside of Mercedes-Benz for many years. This collaborative approach exemplifies the company's commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, appreciation and respect for all employees, including those who belong to the LGBTQIA+ community. With dialogue formats, online training and the open invitation to all employees to participate and learn in year-round PRIDE activities, we raise awareness of each other and create greater belonging. This also supports a work environment where the uniqueness of each team member is valued and everyone is treated fairly.
