BeVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship

More support for sustainable talents.

May 06, 2026 – Global support program beVisioneers enters its fourth year in 2026.

In June 2026, the fourth cohort of young environmental innovators will begin their fellowship in beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship. The program supports Fellows through a structured training curriculum, personalized mentoring by experts, and direct financial support for the implementation of concrete projects.

At the “Global Summit” hosted by The DO School Fellowships gGmbH in Stuttgart in May, Fellows from previous cohorts presented promising projects and ideas under the motto “Generations for the Planet.” The Summit brings together Fellows, alumni, mentors, sustainability experts, and representatives from business and academia to demonstrate how cross-generational collaboration accelerates environmental innovation and strengthens shared responsibility for sustainable transformation.

Since its launch in 2023, Mercedes-Benz has supported the program through ongoing donations. These contributions fund the development and implementation of the multi-year fellowship program by the non-profit organization The DO School Fellowships gGmbH.

150 Fellows from around the world came together at the Global Summit in Stuttgart.
