We are looking for university graduates & young professionals with an above-average degree (Master, MBA or Doctorate). You can find additional requirements here.

It is possible to apply before completing your studies. But we expect that you complete all of your course achievements by the start of the programme on September 1, 2025.
Your international experience is crucial for the programme. As a minimum, you offer 3 months of experience abroad, for example as part of a study programme, international internship or work and travel.
Application process
We start accepting applications for Inspire – Your Journey of Growth on April 1, 2025. The application phase will end on April 28, 2025.
For a successful application examination, we need your CV as well as proof of internships and your bachelor's/master's certificate or an up-to-date transcript of records. Additional certificates complete your application.
After the Inspire Day, you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
If you receive a rejection after our Inspire Day, you can apply again after one year.
Programme schedule
The start dates of Inspire – Your Journey of Growth are in March and September.
In Germany, from the very beginning, we will offer you a permanent employment contract based on 35 hours. The first project assignment will take place in your target area into which you will be placed. Deviations may occur in our subsidiaries at home and abroad.
You start your programme in your target area, which can be in Germany or an international location as needed (Site Overview | Mercedes-Benz Group).
We offer you two training camps: the Orientation Camp and the Horizon Camp. In addition, you join virtual training sessions and other learning impulses to deepen and practice the content. You can find detailed information here
