Step 1: Online application
Complete the online application on our career website by submitting your CV as well as up-to-date certificates of performance. Feel free to connect your LinkedIn profile.
Step 2: Online Assessment
Show us of your skills and personality in various test modules.
Step 3: Video-Interview
After you have passed the online assessment, we would like to learn more about your motivation and personality in a brief video interview. The best candidates will then be invited to the Inspire Day in December 2024.
Step 4: Recruiting-Event – Inspire Day
Our Inspire Day is the starting point for the next round. In three different exercises, you have the opportunity to show what you're made of. At the same time, get inspired by our company introduction! Look forward to exciting business insights, exchange with Inspire alumni and a unique product experience. After the Inspire Day, you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
Step 5: Onboarding
Congratulations! And welcome to Inspire – Your Journey of Growth. Our onboarding session makes it easier for you to get started in the programme, and you will learn more about the strategy and culture at Mercedes-Benz.

Requirements

Who can apply for the programme? Close

We are looking for university graduates & young professionals with an above-average degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA or Doctorate). You can find additional requirements here.

Is it possible to apply before I have completed my studies? Close

It is possible to apply before completing your studies. We expect that you complete all of your course achievements by the start of the programme on March 1st, 2025.

How important is a knowledge of German? Close

Knowledge in German is an advantage. In individual cases, we will offer you a German course and numerous online offers to improve your language skills.

How important is experience abroad? Close

Your international experience is crucial for the programme. As a minimum, you offer 3 months of experience abroad, for example as part of a study programme, international internship or work and travel.

Application process

How long will the positions be advertised? Close

The start of accepting applications for Inspire – Your Journey of Growth is September 16, 2024 and ends on October 13, 2024.

Which documents must be included in the complete application? Close

For a successful application examination, we need your CV as well as proof of internships and your bachelor's/master's certificate or an up-to-date transcript of records. Additional certificates complete your application.

Will I receive detailed feedback after the assessments? Close

After the Inspire Day, you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.

Can I apply again if my application was not successful? Close

If you receive a rejection after our Inspire Day, you can apply again after one year.

Programme schedule

Are there fixed starting times for the programme? Close

The start dates of Inspire – Your Journey of Growth are in March and September.

Will I be given a permanent employment contract from the very beginning? Close

In Germany, from the very beginning, we will offer you a permanent employment contract based on 35 hours. The first project assignment will take place in your target area into which you will be placed. Deviations may occur in our subsidiaries at home and abroad.

At which locations can the programme be completed? Close

You start your programme in your target area, which can be in Germany or an international location as needed (Site Overview | Mercedes-Benz Group).

What training courses will I receive in the programme? Close

We offer you two training camps: the Orientation Camp and the Horizon Camp. In addition, you join virtual training sessions and other learning impulses to deepen and practice the content. You can find detailed information here
