Decarbonisation along the entire value chain is the focus of our holistic approach to a more sustainable future for our company.

Mercedes-Benz aims to create the necessary conditions for the transformation to fully electric and software-driven mobility. The electrification of our vehicle fleet is an important lever for achieving our ambitious goals. The decarbonisation of the supply chain and production is also key focus of our actions. That's why we are addressing all areas of our business to emissions' reduction – step by step, measure by measure. Our ambition is to make our entire fleet of new vehicles net carbon-neutral[1]Net carbon-neutral means that carbon emissions that are not avoided or reduced at Mercedes-Benz are compensated for by certified offsetting projects.
