ABS Program Overview
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK Limited (“MBFS UK”) is a major car finance provider in the U.K. and fully owned by Mercedes-Benz Group AG. MBFS UK is the Originator and Servicer of transactions issued under the U.K. Auto ABS Platform established in September 2017.
The U.K. Auto ABS transactions are issued under the program „Silver Arrow S.A.”. The securitized receivables pool mainly includes “Personal Contract Plan” agreements with private and commercial customers. The underlying vehicles are new and used Mercedes-Benz and smart Passenger Cars and Vans.
