Mercedes-Benz Plant Hamburg.

The Mercedes-Benz Hamburg plant has been part of the global Mercedes-Benz production network since 1978. Its portfolio includes a wide range of powertrain-related modules, ranging from axles and axle components to steering columns, lightweight structural parts and exhaust technology components. The plant also assembles integrated starter-generators.

Since 2022, the Hamburg plant has supplied the Bremen plant with electric axles for the production of the EQE. In addition, it is responsible for the manufacture and assembly of electric axles and components for the electric GLC, which will be produced at the Bremen plant from 2026.
