Mercedes-Benz Plant Fuzhou.

The Sino-German joint venture Fuzhou Fujian Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. (FBAC) was founded in June 2007. The ceremonial groundbreaking took place in October of 2007.

The Mercedes-Benz Vito was the first vehicle to roll off the production line in 2010. Production of the luxurious MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle) V-Class followed in March 2016. In the meantime, the company was renamed Fujian Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. in 2012 and a R&D center was opened here in 2013. In 2022, the plant celebrated its 15th anniversary. To date, more than 200,000 vehicles have been produced at the plant.
