Three years to become a manager at a Mercedes-Benz dealership? No problem, with "Inspire – The Next Leading Generation Retail!"
You will rise quickly in two phases: from a management trainee to an assistant and on to independently managing a team in one of our dealerships. You will experience and create genuine Mercedes moments and as part of a strong team youl will set standards for the future of the automotive retail. Depending on your strengths and preferences, there are four target positions as manager awaiting you after successfully completing the trainee programme in about three years. Depending on the division, you will manage between ten and 50 employees.

- Management of finance/controlling
