In two phases, you will go steeply uphill: from management trainee to an assistant function to independent team leader in one of our car dealerships. From day one, you will experience "sales live" and be close to our customers. In addition, you will work on subsidiary projects and help shape the future of the automotive trade. Depending on your strengths and preferences, four target positions as a team leader await you after successful completion of the trainee programme after about three years. In this target function, you will be responsible for 10 to 50 employees, depending on the division.
