"Inspire – Next Generation Retail“ is divided into two phases: the trainee phase (12-18 months) and the assistant phase (18-24 months).
During the programme, you will go through multiple stations in various dealerships throughout Germany and at Mercedes-Benz Sales Germany Headquarters in Berlin. In addition to day-to-day business, you can look forward to an individual action plan with exciting projects and challenges. Besides practical experience, your personal development will be supported with tailor-made training courses and networking modules. Of course, you will not have to do this on your own, but can rely on the support of your supervisors, project managers and your HR advisors – during regular feedback and development talks. In addition, you compare notes with others in a large network of trainees and alumni.
