About Mercedes-Benz Gastronomy

Mercedes-Benz Gastronomy GmbH is represented at a total of seven locations across Germany. The self-operating gastronomic offerings range from 22 canteens and around 40 shops, event catering, as well as conference and meeting management.

We offer our guests a wide range of well balanced and healthy cuisine

With an attractive and varied range of dishes, Mercedes-Benz Gastronomy supports employees in a healthy and balanced diet. We offer at least one purely plant-based dish in our canteens every day. Our shops also have a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options. With a certified health score (“Gastronomisches Ampelsystem”) we identify the health value of each meal and thus show at one glance which dishes support a balanced nutrition. We display the climate balance of our meals offered in the form of CO2-equivalents transparently on the menu. In addition to carbon dioxide, this also includes other greenhouse gases, such as methane or nitrous oxide. The labeling sensitizes our guests in making conscious decisions regarding their food.
