The Long Beach, California Learning & Performance Center (LPC) is a state-of-the-art training facility for dealership and Mercedes-Benz USA personnel. The facility provides Mercedes-Benz dealership team members with a broad selection of training opportunities to support them with the knowledge and skills necessary to accelerate their professional performance. Mercedes-Benz USA operates four other LPCs in the United States: Carol Stream, Illinois; Grapevine, Texas; Jacksonville, Florida and Robbinsville, New Jersey.

The Long Beach, California Vehicle Preparation Center (VPC) is one of three VPC facilities in the United States that serve as the first stop for new imported Mercedes-Benz vehicles destined for Mercedes-Benz dealerships throughout the United States. All Mercedes-Benz passenger car vehicles bound for dealerships in the Western region of the U.S. pass through the center prior to their distribution. The VPC has the ability to perform vehicle inspections, factory campaigns, full paint, body and mechanical repairs. MBUSA operates two other VPCs in the United States: Baltimore, Maryland and Brunswick, Georgia.
