Engineering Services supports the Pre-Sales and After Sales business components of Mercedes-Benz USA and various quality organizations within Mercedes-Benz AG. The Engineering Services team is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service, with a high focus on technical support and quality. Customers vary from Mercedes-Benz dealers, consumers, Mercedes-Benz USA employees, Mercedes-Benz AG, and external providers such as Independent Service Providers, Suppliers, and Governmental Agencies (NHTSA, EPA, CARB, DOJ).

The Jacksonville, Florida Learning & Performance Center (LPC) is a state-of-the-art training facility for dealership and MBUSA personnel. The facility provides Mercedes-Benz dealership team members with a broad selection of training opportunities to support them with the knowledge and skills necessary to accelerate their professional performance. Mercedes-Benz USA operates four other LPCs in the United States: Carol Stream, Illinois; Grapevine, Texas; Long Beach, California and Robbinsville, New Jersey.

The Jacksonville, Florida Parts Distribution Center (PDC) supports approximately 80 Mercedes-Benz USA dealers in the Southeast with parts supply. The PDC stores about 20% of overall parts inventory for the United States network, shipping over 2 million lines annually. Mercedes-Benz USA has five other PDCs in the United States: Carol Stream, Illinois; Fontana, California; Grapevine, Texas; Robbinsville, New Jersey and Vance, Alabama.
