The Grapevine, Texas Learning & Performance Center (LPC) is a state-of-the-art training facility for dealership and Mercedes-Benz USA personnel. The facility provides Mercedes-Benz dealership team members with a broad selection of training opportunities to support them with the knowledge and skills necessary to accelerate their professional performance. Classrooms, workshops, a computer lab, a virtual classroom webcast area, student lounge, offices and a cafeteria are designed in an intelligent and integrated fashion all for learners' benefit, while at the same time providing increased operational effectiveness and efficiencies. Mercedes-Benz USA operates four other LPCs in the United States: Carol Stream, Illinois; Long Beach, California; Robbinsville, New Jersey and Jacksonville, Florida.

The Grapevine, Texas Parts Distribution Center (PDC) supports dealers in the region with parts supply, and houses parts inventory for dealers. The Grapevine PDC is also home to Mercedes-Benz USA's Key & Lock facility that is responsible for the production of replacement keys for Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the United States. Mercedes-Benz USA has five other PDCs in the United States: Carol Stream, Illinois; Fontana, California; Jacksonville, Florida; Robbinsville, New Jersey and Vance, Alabama.
