Mercedes-Benz Sustainability Dialogue 2024.

Seventeen years ago, we launched the "Mercedes-Benz Sustainability Dialogue" as a platform for exchange with our stakeholders. We have successfully continued this tradition in 2024 with events in Dresden, New Delhi, New York City, and Beijing. The highlight is our 17th Mercedes-Benz Headquarters Sustainability Dialogue, which will take place in a virtual format this year.

Considering numerous global crises, it is even more important to stay in dialogue. During the Sustainability Dialogue, Mercedes-Benz top management exchanges views with experts on current national and international developments in the field of sustainability and discusses how we can overcome existing challenges and successfully shape the transformation in the automotive industry.

We invite you to join the panel discussions of the Sustainability Dialogue on November 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Ola Källenius and Renata Jungo Brüngger will open the dialogue with a Strategy Talk. This will be followed by a discussion with Lord Adair Turner, Chair of the UK based Energy Transitions Commission, on how to address climate change and successfully shape the energy transition.

A panel discussion on the circular economy and its innovation potential with Markus Schäfer, Jörg Burzer, and three external guests from civil society, industry, and politics will complete the agenda.
