BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, has notified us on September 15, 2015 pursuant to section 21 (1) German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on September 11, 2015 and amounts to 3.07% (equals: 32,812,213 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights 1.86% (equals: 19,919,767 voting rights) are to be attributed to BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG; 1.53% (equals: 16,412,261 voting rights) are to be attributed pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. Please note that the total amount stated above does not necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results from voting rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group structure.
