Liz Centoni was born in Mumbai in 1964. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Liz Centoni began her career in engineering and technology, holding a variety of roles in software development and global engineering leadership. At Cisco, she progressed through several senior positions, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud, Compute, and IoT businesses. From 2020 to 2024, Liz served as Chief Strategy Officer and spearheaded Cisco’s acquisition of Splunk, positioning the company at the forefront of the AI revolution. During this time, she also led Outshift by Cisco, a team incubating emerging technologies to create new markets and businesses for Cisco.

Liz currently leads Cisco’s global services business, overseeing professional services, customer success, technical support, and renewals. Today, Liz is driving one of the industry’s most ambitious transformations: reimagining how enterprise technology companies interact with and serve customers in the AI era.
