Sales Trainee.

As a Sales Trainee (junior sales staff m/f/d) at Mercedes-Benz, you have the unique opportunity to work for one of the most valuable automotive brands with desirable vehicles. Become part of a dynamic team characterized by passion, professionalism, and commitment!

Your task as a sales trainee is to advise customers and offer them tailored solutions. For this purpose, you will receive comprehensive product training to be able to inform you about the various models, equipment and options.

You will learn how to build and maintain customer relationships by offering an exceptional customer experience.

In a 12 months long training you will be prepared for work as a salesperson (m/f/d) for our vehicles. You complete the training modules of the Mercedes-Benz salesperson training and acquire intensive knowledge of our products, services as well as technical and methodological skills. In this way, you will be intensively prepared for the activity in sales of stores, territories or used vehicles and can inspire customers with enthusiasm for Mercedes-Benz.

At the end of the qualification, take a test as a qualified automotive salesperson (m/f/d). The position is full-time and limited to approx. 12 months; However, we are very interested in long-term and successful collaboration.
