Ideally you have already gained professional experience at a dealership or have discovered your passion for automotive retail as the result of internships. It is important that you are willing to relocate anywhere in Germany, because you will expand your knowledge at locations throughout the whole country during the course of the programme.

Sales – target position sales management Close

Qualifications:
You are open-minded, bold and a hands-on sales talent, have management skills and an appetite for future topics.

You meet the following requirements:
University/college degree, ideally with a focus on automotive industry, automotive management or general management or a completed vocational training with corresponding job experience.

Tasks:
As a management trainee, you support and advise the sales senior management with your skills in managing the sales units in our dealerships. You have your finger to the pulse of the current market situation and the local sales activities by

- preparing internal and external comparisons such as location rankings or competitor analyses and uncovering corresponding required actions and market potentials
- developing local sales measures in line with HQ guidelines, keep of the budget and carrying out performance analyses afterwards
- considering not only sales figures, but also addressing individual target agreements of the sales associates
- participating in exciting additional projects apart from the day-to-day business.

Workshop operations – target position after sales management Close

Qualifications:
You are open-minded, bold and a hands-on sales talent, have management skills and an appetite for future topics.

You meet the following requirements:
University/college degree, ideally with a focus on industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, automotive industry, automotive/general management or a completed vocational training with corresponding job experience.

Tasks:
As an after sales department trainee, you support and advise the after sales senior management with your skills in managing the workshop operations in our dealerships. You have your finger to the pulse of the overarching direction of the repair and parts business and the local workshop activities by

- supporting the conceptual development and implementation of after-sales strategies and advancing the design of trendsetting digital processes
- carrying out the controlling and the analysis of the relevant key indicators as well as implementing measures derived thereof for improving the business situation
- familiarizing yourself with the relevant repair and information systems, the correct way of dealing with customers as well as with the directives
- participating in exciting additional projects apart from the day-to-day business.

HR – target position HR management Close

Qualifications:
You are open-minded, bold and a hands-on HR talent in the automotive environment, have management skills and an appetite for future topics.

You meet the following requirements:
University/college degree, ideally with a focus on HR, general management or a completed vocational training with corresponding job experience

Tasks:
As a management trainee, you support and advise the HR senior management at the dealerships with your skills in operational and strategic HR topics. You evaluate issues as well as scenarios and take a particularly close look by

- making independent preliminary decisions already for personnel selection and staffing of open positions as well as handling parts of the applicant selection process
- always providing competent advice for managers and employees about labor law, operational issues and other topics of relevance to HR
- managing and carrying out the personnel management such as, for example, time logging and performance tracking as well as payroll with the help of commonly used systems
- also keeping an eye on the development potential of our employees, preparing target agreements as well as initiating and evaluating continuing education measures
- participating in exciting additional projects apart from the day-to-day business.

Controlling – target position management of finance/controlling Close

Qualifications:
You are open-minded, bold and a hands-on financial talent in the automotive environment, have management skills and an appetite for future topics.

You meet the following requirements:
University/college degree, ideally with a focus on finance and controlling, automotive management or general management or a completed vocational training with several years of job experience

Tasks:
As a management trainee, you support and advise the senior managers of the dealerships in all questions of relevance to controlling. You evaluate issues as well as scenarios and take a particularly close look by

- conducting cost, performance and results controlling in line with the set target agreements, showing optimization opportunities, developing concepts and giving recommendations for actions
- providing support for the preparation of the cost, results, personnel and investment planning as well as for planning the retail marketing measures and the expenditure necessary for the proper maintenance of the business
- keeping a close eye on the directives and regulations relevant to the assigned area of responsibility
- participating in exciting additional projects apart from the day-to-day business.
