You have also the opportunity to complete a 3-month project at our Mercedes-Benz locations abroad, where you work with colleagues on exciting topics on-site and thus gain valuable intercultural experience.
Camps of Competence:
Your development is our priority! We aim to enrich it through our two training camps.
In the Orientation Camp, it’s all about starting into your individual journey of growth. You get opportunities to enhance essential skills, learn more about your strengths and the importance of resilience and mindfulness by working with agile methods, connecting and exchanging.
At the Horizon Camp, it’s time to reflect on your journey so far and look into the future. Are you a tech expert who wants to deepen your skills first? Do you have the ambition to develop yourself toward leadership? Or will you follow your own individual path at Mercedes-Benz? Our experienced coaches and trainers are ready to accompany and support you with these considerations.
Power of Pioneering:
Your pioneering spirit is in demand! You have the opportunity to contribute your perspective to current business projects. Unleash your potential and dive into a world of innovations. Our keynote events offer you an opportunity to learn from visionary thinkers from inside and outside of our company. Or even better: Take the stage yourself and share your knowledge with an audience that is just as passionate as you.
Insights & Networking:
Beyond the project work, we offer you to dive deeper into the world of Mercedes-Benz! For example, as part of a production assignment in S-Class Assembly at the Sindelfingen plant. During our "Vision Day" you can accompany a manager for a day and get an initial insight into how to lead teams to success, make decisions at short notice and build a great network at Mercedes-Benz.
