The Carol Stream, Illinois Learning and Performance Center (LPC) is a state-of-the-art training facility for dealership and MBUSA personnel. The facility provides Mercedes-Benz dealership team members with a broad selection of training opportunities to support them with the knowledge and skills necessary to accelerate their professional performance. MBUSA operates four other LPCs in the United States: Grapevine, Texas; Long Beach, California; Robbinsville, New Jersey and Jacksonville, Florida.

The Carol Stream, Illinois Parts Distribution Center (PDC) supports dealers in the midwestern United States with parts supply and houses parts inventory. MBUSA has five other PDCs in the United States: Fontana, California; Grapevine, Texas; Jacksonville, Florida; Robbinsville, New Jersey and Vance, Alabama.
