ABS Program Overview
Athlon Car Lease Nederland B.V. ("Athlon") is a major car lease provider in the Netherlands and fully owned by Mercedes-Benz Group AG. Athlon is the Originator and Servicer of transactions issued under the program "Silver Arrow Athlon NL" established in July 2021.
The securitized receivables pool includes leasing agreements with corporates, small and medium sized enterprises (SME) as well as entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. The underlying vehicles are new Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles of various brands.
