"Hey everyone! My name is Cem and I am an automotive mechatronics engineer trainee, specialized in system and high-voltage technology.
The best part about my vocational training is the variety I experience every day, and I appreciate the opportunity to learn not only technical, but also many personal skills that foster individual growth.
Mercedes-Benz supports my personal development in various ways, including special assignments, presentations, and further activities that encourage the development of my personal strengths. The offers and benefits here that I appreciate the most include the excellent equipment and, of course, the attractive wages already during the training with additional payments.
If you're considering applying for a job at Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend it. It's been the most instructive three years of my life so far, and the trainers are very competent and dedicated to bringing out the best in you. I am proud to be part of such an iconic automotive brand. Plus, let's be honest, it is pretty cool to work for Mercedes-Benz."
Seyma and Maxime are apprentices for vehicle interior mechanics and together with their trainer Anna, they want to share, how their first months at Mercedes-Benz went by.
"The first weeks were full of excitement and new impressions. For example, we got to know training workshop and were able to experience the first products up close. Our colleagues gave us a warm welcome and immediately conveyed a sense of team spirit. This quickly dispelled our nervousness."
For trainer Anna, it is particularly exciting to promote new talent and bring new impulses to the team. Anna is not just imparting knowledge, but she also learns from the trainees themselves. “It's great to see how our trainees develop and contribute their ideas. Their curiosity and enthusiasm enrich the entire group.” -, she said.
The first months are just the beginning of an exciting journey, and all three are excited to see how it develops and what opportunities and challenges lie ahead.
