At the beginning of the programme you will put together your plan with your mentor and HR consultant. There is plenty of room for personal development as you can adjust your plan during the programme. Your development in the Leaders' Lab will include several projects and an international assignment with the following main areas of emphasis:
functional work assignments in your field of expertise
deep dives into an unrelated field
top projects with high visibility in top management and/or strategy areas

To move forward, it is important to know where you stand, what you have already achieved and where there is still room for personal development. Regular individual feedback in the context of validation meetings as well as your personal development coach will support you in achieving this.
