Notifications of voting rights pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG
1.) Notification of Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway, has notified us on April 29, 2013 pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), that its percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on April 26, 2013 and amounts to 3.04% (32,495,619 voting rights) as per this date.
2.) Notification of the state of Norway, Oslo, Norway The Ministry of Finance, in the name of and on behalf of the state of Norway, Oslo, Norway, has notified us on April 29, 2013 pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), that its percentage of voting rights in Daimler AG, Stuttgart, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on April 26, 2013 and amounts to 3.04% (32,495,619 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 3.04% (32,495,619 voting rights) are to be attributed to the Ministry of Finance in the name of and on behalf of the state of Norway pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by the following company that is controlled by the Ministry of Finance in the name of and on behalf of the state of Norway, and whose holding of voting rights in Daimler AG amounts to 3% or more: Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway.
