In order to be able to access the service offers as a pensioner, in passive partial retirement, in early retirement, with a re-employment commitment or a resignation, you must activate a user account. To do this, click on the following link: Activate user account

Change your e-mail address and password

Would you like to change the e-mail address for an existing account? Please open the following link . In the menu item Password > Settings, you can enter a new e-mail address for an existing account.

Would you like to clarify personnel concerns during a sabbatical or after leaving the company? This can be done digitally and with just a few clicks via the "My Service Center" portal. There you can ask questions to HR or even find the answer yourself via the knowledge database.

Don't have access yet? Then call us on 0711 17 99 000 or send us an e-mail to myhrservice@mercedes-benz.com with the subject "Access to My Service Center".

Please note that the registration and use of My Service Center is voluntary and requires the provision of your private e-mail address. The current contact channels with HR (e-mail, service phone, post) of the Mercedes-Benz Group will remain in place. The portal is available for up to two years after leaving the company.

View my pension plan  : Here you will find a detailed overview of the company pension scheme promised directly by the employer. Information as well as downloads on the different care models and a simulation tool are available. There you can make direct enquiries about your company pension scheme.

My pension portal *): This portal provides you with a rough overview of your entire company pension scheme. In addition to the pension scheme promised directly by the employer, you will also find the pension scheme financed by external providers (e.g. deferred compensation). You can also choose from simulation options.

*) Access is only available to employees with an existing employment relationship. Please note that the “Mein Vorsorgeportal” service will be switched off at the end of 2024. Please back up important information and data if necessary. You can find out more about this on this page  (in German only).

To use the online benefit application to apply for your company pension, it is necessary that you enter your private e-mail address in the "View my pension plan" app. Here you can find the instructions for employees in passive partial retirement.

With mobile devices, you can use the social intranet mobile to get started. Use social.i.mercedes-benz.com . You can use it to access internal company news and other content even from outside the company network, i.e. also with your private smartphone, if you wish.

Please note: To access the desktop version of the social intranet, you need a company computer and a VPN connection. This also applies to specially protected apps that you have access to.
