Here is a guide to the five-step job application process:

Step 1:
Online application
If you would like to apply for INspire – the Leaders' Lab, the first step is quick. Simply complete the online application on our careers website. Done. If you like, you can also link directly to your LinkedIn profile.
Step 2:
Online Assessment
Convince us of your skills and personality in different test modules.
Step 3:
Telephone Interview
After passing the online assessment, we would like to convince ourselves of your motivation, leadership skills and personality in a personal telephone interview. The best candidates will be selected by a team of top managers for the Recruitathon.
Step 4:
After that, you’ll move to the next stage: the 1-day "Recruitathon". You will perform exciting tasks and have the chance to show what you are made of. In various exercises you can demonstrate your leadership qualities, teamwork skills and pioneering spirit. After the event, we will evaluate your overall impression and provide you with individual feedback.
