The Jacksonville Learning and Performance Center (LPC) is a state of the art training facility for dealership and MBUSA personnel. The facility provides MBUSA dealership team members with a broad selection of training opportunities to support them with the knowledge and skills necessary to accelerate their professional performance. Classrooms, workshops, a computer lab, a virtual classroom webcast area, student lounge, offices and a cafeteria are designed in an intelligent and integrated fashion all for the learners’ benefit while at the same time providing increased operational effectiveness and efficiencies. The Technical, Retail and Collision departments work closely together to ensure the delivery of relevant and high-quality training.
MBUSA has four other LPC’s in the U.S.: Lisle, IL, Long Beach, CA, Grapevine, TX, and Robbinsville, NJ.
